The Challenge

Vickie Moul, HR director for Armanino, managed immigration on her own as one of her many responsibilities.  Hiring managers in other departments relied on her to provide answers to immigration questions and fast turnaround times when hiring a foreign national.  The number of inquiries related to status and the relaying of requests for documents and information caused delays and drained Vickie’s time from accomplishing her other tasks.  She needed more support from her immigration provider, and a tool to give everyone transparency into the process.
